I still am hearing great things about our cruise on Monday evening!...
We invited pastors to join us for a Pastor Appreciation Cruise and ended up with 209 people on board - our best showing ever!...
Your staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed and they sure made our radio station look good!"

ALEXANDRIA, VA - While the monuments, Smithsonian Institution and White House may all be familiar stops on tours of our nation's capital, why not experience the sights from an entirely different point of view on your next trip to Washington, D.C.?
Alexandria-based Dandy Restaurant Cruise Ships pioneered fine dining on the Potomac and has more than twenty-six years of successful operating experience. Similar to the riverboats of Europe, the Dandy and Nina's Dandy were designed to cruise under the dramatic low-arched stone bridges that span the Potomac River before returning to the pier in beautiful, historic Old Town Alexandria.
Tunes from the ebony grand piano greet you as you board Nina's Dandy. As the journey begins, enjoy one of the many cocktails available from the mahogany bar. Take in the beauty of a centuries-old center of commerce, as seen from the decks of merchant ships long ago. Watch as the Washington Monument, Jefferson and Lincoln Memorials, and Kennedy Center glide past your window as you feast on prime rib, shrimp stuffed with crab meat or one of the other delectable entrees prepared by world-class chefs aboard the ship. See the sights of Georgetown as the ship turns around and heads back to the pier, but not before you venture out onto the 464 square-foot marble dance floor to dance to the best music of every generation. Or, for a more low-key end to the evening, enjoy the monuments one more time from the quiet solitude of the 3,700 square-foot open upper deck.
In addition to regularly scheduled luncheon, brunch and dinner cruises aboard Nina's Dandy, both the Dandy and Nina's Dandy are available for private and semi-private cruises offering mid-day, Breakfast at Midnight®, continental breakfast and midnight dance cruises.
Cruise packages are available to fit almost any budget. Book the entire boat for a four-hour event, or book your group on one of Nina's Dandy's regularly scheduled cruises. Group discounts are available, and bus drivers are welcomed aboard free of charge. Alternatively, transportation can be arranged from Washington, D.C. to the pier. Meals can be planned to accommodate your needs, and vegetarian meals are always available. Ask one of the group reservation specialists for details. Both vessels operate year round, rain or shine.
